Materials: Shoes, newspaper, spray paint

Choose a work space in a well-ventilated area or, better, outside. Cover the area with a layer of newspaper.

Stuff the insides of the shoes with newspaper.

Begin to spray a light coating of paint on the shoes, holding the can about 12 inches away from the shoes. Cover the outside surface completely, making sure to cover the heels.

Let the paint dry, then add another coat.

Now slip the shoes on and enjoy your new look!
